New truck and small trailer did not work with old drop of 4inch, this one is great can adjust to get the trail to ride level and easy to use.

Was very impressed when I opened the box. Very heavy duty, I don’t see this hitch ever breaking. Nicely built and sturdy. May have taken about a week for delivery, but that’s ok, worth the wait.

Product is nice, heavy really well built i can tell. Just got it today, so i wont have a real world use review until a few weeks go buy. I did notice that my item did come with some damage, i dont know if i purchased a returned item or a item that didnt meet specs to be sold in store? (Reason for 4 stars) But seems nice and solid. Pictures are attached. Will do an update after a few months of use. And i put 1 star on "versatile lock feature" , bc its not included, i understand its recommended. And not sold with, so im not going to give the lock feature a good review if i dont have it. 3 year update. Damage had no affect the hitch in any way. After I got rid of my pickup I gave it to my dad. My dad does mobile homes. At times he even used this hitch to move a whole mobile home a few hundred feet. With his 05f350. Always had at least 8-14k pounds hooked up to the hitch exceeding the 12k capacity and ZERO BENDING OF THE HITCH AFTER 3 years of abuse. After he upgraded to na F550 and a class 5 he gave this back to me. It’s beat up paint chipped off but it’s still solid as hell. I’m keeping it as a back up as I now have a 2500 with a class 5 hitch as well. This Will be my back up because it’s just solid as hell.
