Tip #1
Check first aid kit before every trip. Replace old/expired products and medicine. Refill anything that has been used up.

Bridges and tunnels often have height and/or weight restrictions, make sure to check your route before you leave home.

Take note of the season and the pests that you might encounter. Don’t forget your sunscreen and bug repellant!

HAWAIIAN LUAU CHICKEN
Dutch Oven Recipe

1 fryer, cut up, or 3 chicken breasts
1 large #2 can pineapple
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium green pepper
1/2 to 1 pound fresh mushrooms
Skin the chicken. In a 12" dutch oven brown the chicken in 1/4 cup butter or cooking oil for 20 minutes. Cover the oven and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked clear through. Push the chicken to the side and make the sauce in the same pan. Drain the pineapple and mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, and juice. Stir until thick. Combine the remaining ingredients and simmer over a small fire for 15 to 20 minutes.

When towing a trailer keep in mind you will need more stopping distance. Allow ample room between you and the vehicle in front of you.

Be sure to turn wide enough to keep trailer from hitting curbs, Be especially careful when pulling up to a gas pump not to hit the protective poles with the side of the trailer.

It is a good idea to have someone help guide you while you are backing your trailer.
